The role is based in Madrid and operates in a hybrid model. As an Account Executive – Customer Intelligence, you will
Own a portfolio of customers and prospects, managing end‑to‑end sales cycles with deal sizes typically between €100k and €1M+.
Help organizations modernize how they engage with customers across digital channels.
Build trusted, long‑term relationships with senior and C‑level stakeholders.
Drive pipeline growth through proactive prospecting, lead‑generation activities and smart account planning.
Support complex deal closures, including pricing and licensing negotiations.
A commercial mindset with the ability to build territory strategies and communicate confidently with both technical and business audiences.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
