You will help turn classrooms into spaces where ideas become real products, not just presentations. /ppYou will shape the culture of the school, support student pathways to graduation, and ensure every part of the experience reflects curiosity, belonging, and real-world impact. /pstrongCore Responsibilities /strongulliLead and coach teachers to implement the design-thinking process in all learning experiences. /liliEnsure all student projects result in real impact products, not only presentations or awareness campaigns. /liliOversee academic counseling and design personalized graduation plans aligned with requirements. /liliManage dual enrollment with Arizona State University and ensure accurate academic records. /liliImplement and monitor SEL to develop the six core skills. /liliObserve, evaluate, and coach facilitators to improve learning outcomes. /liliDevelop partnerships with external organizations to provide real-world, credit-bearing experiences. /liliLead student behavior support,



including interventions, plans, and parent communication. /liliSupervise the academic team, including facilitators, operations, and support staff. /liliOversee admissions alignment with academic goals in collaboration with the operations team. /liliEnsure execution of the school calendar, events, and student programs. /liliManage MAP, ACT, and SAT testing, including scheduling, training, and data analysis. /liliParticipate in student leadership structures, including the Student Board. /liliLead parent communication and community engagement. /li /ulpbr/pstrongRequirements /strongulliProven experience in school leadership roles such as Assistant Principal, Principal, or Academic Director. /liliStrong background in instructional coaching and developing educators. /liliSolid understanding of the American education system, including graduation requirements, transcripts, and college pathways. /liliDegree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field. /liliRelevant certifications or credentials in education or school leadership. /liliExperience working with curriculum design, student assessment, and academic planning. /liliAbility to lead teams and drive student outcomes. /liliStrong communication skills with students, families, and staff. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/p
