PstrongUCAM (Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia) is seeking to appoint Assistant Professors of Psychology /strong to complement our existing strengths in teaching and research for the 2026/2027 academic year. We are looking for strongseveral profiles /strong, including one specialized in teaching strongData Analysis /strong within the Psychology degree. /ppbr/ppbr/ppstrongTHE ROLE /strong /ppThe role holder will be responsible for: /pulliDelivery of the bachelor curriculum in Psychology, in English and Spanish, according to the assigned profile (e.g., Data Analysis or other courses within the degree) /liliDesign and development of teaching materials /liliAdvise, direct, and mentor bachelor students /liliCollaboration with faculty and staff to maintain a respectful and positive learning environment /li /ulpbr/ppstrongTHE CANDIDATE /strong /ppGeneral requirements (applicable to all profiles): /pulliHold a degree in Psychology valid in Spain according to current legislation. /liliHold a Research Higher Degree (PhD). /liliExperience of supervising and teaching students in an educational environment (1-3 years).



/liliExperience working or interacting with students and staff from diverse backgrounds in a multicultural environment. /liliFluency in English and Spanish — reading, writing and speaking — level C1 or native. /liliExcellent communication, presentation and teamworking skills. /liliIdentification with the mission and vision of UCAM. /li /ulpbr/ppSpecific requirements for the strongData Analysis /strong profile: /pulliDemonstrable training and/or experience in quantitative methods, statistics applied to Psychology, and/or research methodology. /liliProficiency with statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, Python, Jamovi, or others). /liliPrior experience teaching statistics, data analysis, or methodology courses is a plus. /li /ulpbr/ppPreferred (all profiles): Accreditation of ANECA. /ppbr/ppstrongTHE CONDITIONS /strong /pulliJob Location: Murcia, Spain (100% on Campus) /liliWorking hours: full-time or part-time, depending on the profile and the courses assigned to each candidate. /li /ul
