Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support automotive dealerships and clients.
Responsibilities
- Attend calls and respond to emails from clients and dealerships.
- Follow up with customers until their inquiries are fully resolved.
- Make reminder calls and follow up on incidents to achieve maximum satisfaction.
- Update databases, draft reports, and create summaries.

Qualifications
- C1 level of English and fluent in German.
- Preferably available full-time.
- Will work from our Barcelona office in a 50% hybrid position, with the first 5‑6 months fully on‑site for the adaptation period.
- Location: Carrer de la Constitució, 2, 1ra planta, 08960 Sant Just Desvern, Barcelona.
