Job Description Summary
Biosimilar Platform IBP Execution Senior Manager – Integrated Business Planning team. Drive execution of the IBP cycle at platform level by coordinating inputs, supporting forum facilitation, and ensuring timely delivery of aligned outputs.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate demand, supply and financial inputs across functions
- Ensure data readiness and alignment prior to IBP forums
- Plan and manage IBP cycle calendar and milestones
- Support and co‑facilitate IBP forums (P≺, DR, SR, S&OP;)
- Structure issues into clear discussion topics
- Track decisions, actions and escalations
- Ensure follow‑up and closure of actions
- Escalate issues to Platform IBP Lead where needed
- Ensure adherence to IBP processes and standards
Required Qualifications
- 6‑10+ years in supply chain, planning, finance or commercial roles
- Experience in commercial planning, demand planning or S&OP; / IBP environments
- Proven experience in the biosimilars market, including launch planning
- Strong cross‑functional exposure and business understanding
- Experience working in complex,
multi‑market environments
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Fluent English mandatory
