This role will work closely with Payroll Partners responsible for both transition and future operational payroll delivery, providing dedicated support throughout the transformation phase. You will support assigned countries, including Switzerland, Saudi Arabia, Ireland and additional countries as business needs evolve, helping to gather requirements, document processes, coordinate knowledge transfer activities and support payroll implementation projects following the SoftBank Group acquisition. This will be a global role with hybrid or remote model of work. Preferred candidates are from Europe, specifically from Kraków, Poland or Madrid, Spain.The position is initially focused on payroll transformation activities.
