This role sits within our European Capability team, reporting to the Europe Capability Lead. You will lead diverse learning initiatives across the region with focus on leadership development — driving project delivery and implementation at scale, connecting what's available through our global Centers of Excellence with the strategic priorities emerging from the region. This role is key to maintaining a cohesive, joined-up approach to capability across Europe. How You Will Contribute

You will:
- Translate business priorities into actionable learning roadmaps through needs assessments, gap analyses and innovative methodologies to enhance effectiveness and engagement.
- Partner with People Leads and Integral Talent teams to design high-impact leadership programs in service of critical needs and integrate AI solutions that transform how our leaders grow and succeed.
- Lead end-to-end delivery and facilitation of leadership development initiatives across European region. Manage logistics, engage and upskill facilitators, and ensure
