Assistant Accounts Receivable - French - Temporary
We are currently recruiting an Accounts Receivable (AR) Clerk for our EMEA HQ in Madrid- Alcobendas. This is a Temporary position. The role involves securing revenue by checking and following up on external Agencies from France. This position requires a very analytical person with self-discipline, determination, and a positive attitude.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the daily operations of the Accounts Receivable department and provide satisfactory support towards solving any payment problems; help and answer questions related to the client’s accounts.
- Provide ad hoc information and data analysis as requested.
- Meet established timelines and pre-defined objectives for assigned work.
- Update receivables by checking deposits on bank accounts, identifying deposits, and recording them in the system to keep balances updated and under control.
- Contact clients in case of lack of payment to recover the due amount.




- Inbound calls to attend Agents’ doubts related to the balances and outbound calls to collect funds and prevent debts. Maintain proper account management and review of the client’s financial situation with the company.
- Suspension of debtors’ accounts and constant follow-up to collect funds.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum A-level education; a degree in a financial discipline is an advantage.
- 1-2 years’ work experience. Experience in a call center handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls would be valuable.
- Excel and Microsoft Office knowledge
- Excellent oral and written communications skills in French (and English or Spanish).
- Team player with strong organization and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented and accurate; able to be versátil and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
