Responsibilities
- Manage sales & customer success from the first consultation to long‑term support.
- Advise and convince parents and students, recommend optimal learning solutions and find suitable tutors.
- Generate deals, excite families about tutoring packages and successfully conclude contracts.
- Build and strengthen customer relationships, manage your customer base and optimize the learning experience.
- Increase sales through upselling strategies and promote referrals in a targeted manner.

What you bring
- Native English language skills (C1‑C2)



– you communicate confidently with English‑speaking parents and can get them excited about our offering.
- Sales mindset & initiative – you love to convince people, actively expand your customer base and set ambitious goals.
- Strong communication skills – you are persuasive, listen carefully, find solutions and build trust.
- Sales experience (2‑3 years) – you have already had first contact with sales or customer service.
- Experience with CRM systems (advantage) – you are well prepared if you have already worked with CRM tools.

Compensation
Earn up to €45,000 gross per year (base salary + commissions based on targets achieved). Your commissions are unlimited. The base salary is between €23,000 and €28,000 gross per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
