Role Overview
We are expanding our Europe Business Development team and are looking for a Senior Associate to play a key role in developing the DACH market. This market‑ and language‑specific role requires fluency in English and native‑level German. Knowledge of the German travel market is a plus.



You’ll work closely with our Business Development Managers and Supply Leads to enable success for our growing pool of merchant partners — from iconic attractions to hidden gems. This is a hands‑on role that blends operations, relationship management, and creative problem‑solving to help our partners thrive on Klook.
Responsibilities
- Market‑Specific Business Development & Relationship Management
- Support destination management and supply strategy in Germany, focusing on key regional markets and top destinations
- Contribute to growing and optimizing Klook’s supply by developing local market insights, identifying potential partners, and supporting onboarding and engagement efforts
- Act as key operational contact for core merchant partners, ensuring long‑term success through proactive communication, issue resolution, and partner satisfaction
- Represent Klook on the ground with professionalism and credibility, engaging with merchants and instit
