As a

Test Engineer – Automation Focus , you will ensure product quality by driving test automation, supporting continuous delivery, and promoting efficient and reliable testing practices across systems and products.

Your responsibilities

Drive and expand test automation across products and systems.

Design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions and frameworks.

Plan and execute system, integration, and release testing (manual & automated).

Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing.

Analyze test results, identify defects, and ensure clear reporting and documentation.

Define test setups, tools, and equipment, coordinating required resources.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and continuously improve testing practices.

This job is exactly right for you if...

You have 4–5+ years of experience in testing and test automation.





You have strong programming skills (Python preferred) and experience with automation frameworks.

You are familiar with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps) and version control systems (Git).

You understand testing methodologies, test design, and defect management.

You have experience working in agile environments and cross-functional teams (software, hardware, embedded).

You are comfortable working in an international setup, collaborating with global teams and external partners.

You are analytical, proactive, and take strong ownership with effective communication skills.

You have ISTQB knowledge or testing certifications.

You have experience with motion control systems (DC/BLDC) or requirements of engineering.

You have worked with offshore partners and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
