At Nexun, an international renewable energy development company, we are looking for a Junior Assistant to support our renewable energy development activities in Spain. This position is adecuado for recent graduates, university students, or junior professionals seeking practical experience in the renewable energy sector, project administration, and regulatory processes.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support for the release of bank guarantees and surety bonds associated with renewable energy projects (PV, BESS, and hybrid projects), ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and the procedures established by the relevant Deposit Offices (Cajas de Depósitos) and Regional Industry Authorities across Spain.
Tasks
- Manage and monitor the release process of bank guarantees and surety bonds for renewable energy projects.
- Prepare, review, and submit all required documentation to the relevant authorities.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including Development, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Administration, to obtain supporting documentation.




- Follow up with Deposit Offices, Regional Industry Authorities, insurance companies, and financial institutions until guarantees have been formally released.
- Ensure compliance with the specific requirements applicable in each Autonomous Community.
- Develop and maintain a procedural matrix for each Autonomous Community, including competent authorities, Deposit Offices, documentation requirements, submission channels, and applicable regulations.
- Monitor regulatory and procedural developments and update internal procedures accordingly.
- Maintain guarantee records and prepare reports and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements
- Basic knowledge of the Spanish regulatory framework governing guarantees and surety bonds for renewable energy projects.
- Technical degree or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Legal Studies, Engineering Management, or a related field.
