You Will Be Responsible For
- Maintenance audits.
- Condition and risk assessments.
- Energy certifications.
- Modernization studies.

What requirements must you meet?
- Higher vocational training (FP) in electricity, mechanics, or a similar field.
- Experience in maintenance of lifting equipment, mainly elevators.

What do we offer?
- Permanent contract.
- Full-time schedule (40 hours/week), Monday to Friday.
- Annual gross salary of €28,000 to €32,000.
- Versátil working hours and self-organization.




- Ongoing training alongside an expert team in lifting equipment.

Aditional information
- Experience in repair, modernization and/or installation of elevators, or experience as an elevation consultant.
- Knowledge of elevator and/or escalator regulations and legislation.
- Availability to travel within Spain.
- Driver’s license.
- Knowledge of Word and Excel.
