Experience or strong interest in regenerative agriculture, soil health, or sustainable farming systems is highly valued.
Your Role
As a Regenerative Agriculture Advisor, you will work directly with farmers and project partners, combining fieldwork, technical expertise, and advisory support.




Your Responsibilities May Include
- Conducting farm audits and technical assessments aligned with regenerative agriculture principles
- Supporting and coordinating regenerative agriculture projects in Spain and abroad
- Carrying out field visits and providing tailored agronomic advice
- Developing farm‑specific action plans, identifying strengths, risks, and improvement pathways
- Organizing and delivering training sessions, workshops, and field days
- Supporting on‑farm trials and pilot projects
- Preparing technical reports and project documentation
- Representing BIOSPHERES during meetings, trainings, and sector events
- Contributing to the development and enrichment of our technical and project databases

Depending on your background, the role may focus more on
- Crop systems, soil health, fertilization, and rotations
