In this premier leadership role, you will take absolute structural ownership of the end-to-end user experience for Overwatch Rush —a major, unannounced top-down mobile Hero shooter that brings the vibrant, globally recognized Overwatch universe into a high-performance, touch-first format.
As a Principal Designer, your primary mission is to architect, socialize, and safeguard an intuitive, accessible, and deeply immersive UX framework for systemically complex, player-facing features that will delight tens of millions of users globally. Operating at the highest tier of creative execution, you will serve as the strategic bridge connecting Game Design, UI Art, User Research, and Product Management.
You will leverage qualitative data, low- and high-fidelity prototyping, and advanced interaction design methodologies to champion player-centric principles, elevate studio-wide toolkits,



and mentor the next generation of UX talent in a studio culture built on inclusion, creative bravery, and cross-disciplinary synergy.
