About the Role
At Perk, our customers' happiness is at the heart of our success. As a Longtail Account Manager DACH , you'll own a dedicated portfolio of accounts in the DACH region. You will be building lasting relationships, solving customer challenges, and driving commercial outcomes across both our Travel and Spend products.
What You’ll Do
- Own and manage a dedicated portfolio of longtail accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor across Perk's Travel and Spend solutions.
- Balance proactive relationship management with reactive support, anticipating customer needs while responding effectively to inbound queries and issues.
- Champion Perk to your clients, and champion your clients within Perk.
- Identify and act on growth opportunities within your portfolio, driving expansion, upsell, and retention in line with company business goals, including cross‑selling between Travel and Spend where relevant.
- Gain a deep understanding of Perk’s products to guide customers through each stage of their journey and maximize the value they get from the platform,



whether they're managing business travel, company spend, or both.

What We’re Looking For
- Native or advanced level of German and fluent English .
- A self‑starter who balances customer focus with commercial thinking.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to prioritize across a portfolio.
- A team player, keen to collaborate cross‑functionally to resolve issues and improve outcomes.
- Eagerness to incorporate AI and technology to work smarter and scale impact.
- Basic commercial acumen, comfortable identifying and acting on growth signals within your accounts.
