This high-performing group includes sales engineers, and assistants—all working together to deliver cutting‑edge solutions to our clients.
Your key responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a sales team of ~6 professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and performance management to build a high‑performing organization.
- Drive front‑end sales activities, overseeing lead management, qualification,



and early‑stage customer engagement to secure a strong pipeline.
- Oversee key account management within the data center & infrastructure segment, strengthening relationships and unlocking growth opportunities.
- Review and prepare commercial offers, ensuring competitiveness, accuracy, and alignment with business goals.
- Monitor and analyze sales KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement, identifying opportunities, and aligning sales activities with overall business strategy.

Your profile:
- Many years of sales experience, ideally in software or complex technical solutions, with a proven track record in Sales Engineering and commercial success.
- Demonstrate strong presentation, communication, and customer‑facing skills, able to clearly articulate value propositions to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
