We produce large-scale international concert tours featuring world-class musicians, orchestras, and top-tier technical teams.
From arenas to festivals, every show is highly technical, detail-focused, and delivered at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities vary depending on your role (touring or remote) and may include:
Tour & Production Planning
- Advance shows with venues, promoters, and local teams
- Coordinate stage plans, technical riders, schedules, and staffing
- Work closely with venue managers, suppliers, and logistics partners

On-Site Tour Management (Touring Roles)
- Manage daily tour operations on the road (bus touring preferred)
- Oversee load-in, rehearsals, show execution,



and load-out
- Call cues, manage transitions, and ensure shows run on time
- Lead technical advancing and pre-production coordination
- Build show schedules and resolve technical/logistical challenges
- Support touring teams with clear documentation and communication

Logistics & Budget Oversight
- Coordinate transport of crew and equipment
- Manage tour logistics, timelines, and technical schedules
- Track budgets, expenses, and reporting as required

Team & Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as the central point of contact across all stakeholders
- Lead teams on-site and remotely with clear communication
- Prepare show reports, incident logs, and post-show feedback

Your Profile
- 3+ years of experience in tour management, production management, or live event production
- Experience with touring (bus tours) and/or remote advancing
- Strong understanding of technical production (audio, lighting,
