From Huxley, we are currently looking for a Senior HRIS Project Manager to join a global initiative focused on end-to-end HRIS implementations within a multinational environment, with high exposure to senior stakeholders and international teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager in HRIS environments
- Strong experience delivering global, end‑to‑end HRIS projects
- Proven ability to operate in agile environments
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to challenge and influence decision‑making
- Experience defining and managing product roadmaps
- High level of autonomy and strong communication skills

Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end HRIS projects from initiation to delivery in a general context
- Drive project planning, execution, tracking,



and reporting across multiple regions
- Manage and continuously refine the product roadmap, aligning business priorities and timelines
- Actively challenge requirements when needed and support strategic decisions
- Ensure clear communication, alignment, and engagement across all stakeholders

- Work mode: Hybrid, 2 days at the offices - center of Barcelona
- Start date: ASAP (latest May 2nd)
- Duration: 1‑year project (until May 2027) + possible extension
