Role Description
Successful candidates will take a proactive role in the analysis and execution of different investment opportunities as well as in investor relations and the ongoing monitoring of portfolio companies.
Financial analysis and modeling :



develop financial models to support investment decisions. This includes preparing valuation models, sensitivity analysis, and forecasts. Candidates will also support due diligence and investment materials.
Deal execution : conduct market research, industry analysis and support transaction processes.
Portfolio monitoring : track financial and operational performance of portfolio companies and prepare regular reports.
Investor relations & fundraising : assist in the preparation of investor materials and ongoing reporting, together with other strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Private Equity, Strategic Consulting, Investment Banking or Transaction Advisory Services (TAS).
- Excellent English (written and spoken). Other languages would be a plus.
- Experience in sector analysis, financial analysis, valuations, business plans and investment presentations and reports.
