Stellantis Spain is currently recruiting a high‑impact Zone Manager to boost New Vehicle Sales and accelerate dealer performance across our multi‑brand network.
Your impact
As Zone Manager (NV Sales), you will play a key role in driving sales performance and ensuring the effective implementation of commercial strategies within the dealer network.
What you will do
- Drive volume growth and market share across assigned retailers
- Activate dealer teams and ensure flawless execution of commercial actions
- Lead business reviews and transform KPIs into impactful sales actions
- Monitor and optimize stock rotation and accelerate sell out performance
- Support product launches, pricing actions and field marketing initiatives
- Strengthen customer experience and digital sales processes

What will help you succeed
- 3–5 years of experience in commercial roles within the automotive sector
- Strong field sales mindset and ability to influence dealer leadership
- Data driven, results oriented, and comfortable with fast paced environments
- Willingness to travel frequently




- Experience in a multi-brand or multinational environment is a plus
