What you’ll be doing:
- Leading multiple engineering teams through engineering managers




- Driving architectural and engineering best practices across a modern product environment
- Partnering closely with senior product and engineering leadership
- Influencing system design, scalability, platform evolution, and engineering quality
- Helping shape how AI tooling and AI-assisted workflows improve engineering effectiveness
- Supporting a high-growth engineering environment with strong delivery expectations

What we’re looking for:
- Strong technical depth across modern backend/platform engineering environments
- Deep understanding of architecture and distributed systems
