About The Role
Join our Growth team as a Brand Partnerships Growth Manager and play a key role in driving Fever's business plan for Brand Partnerships across all markets, shaping the future of how we engage brands and partners at scale.
- Leverage industry trends and the latest technology to make data-driven decisions, from market sizing and revenue/pricing analysis to identifying high-impact partnership opportunities.
- Innovate and optimize revenue and cost structures to grow the business, ensuring high-quality delivery across sponsorships, custom events, and media buy partnerships.
- Support Brand Partnership proposals from a strategic perspective, structuring compelling, insight-driven cases and strategies for sponsorships, custom event activations, and media buys.
- Define and implement new growth strategies to drive impact across Brand Partnerships, establishing key business metrics, identifying performance gaps, and optimizing operations to meet and excel above business goals.
- Create and manage scalable business strategies and processes that accelerate partnership growth and improve operational efficiency across the organisation.
- Work across diverse markets, partners, and internal teams, establishing and executing successful growth strategies in a complex, fast-moving integral environment.
About You
- You hold a degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics (STEM degree).
