About the Role




We need someone who sees a broken process and proactively identifies and improves operational gaps — who builds a workaround when the tool fails and treats compliance complexity as a puzzle to solve. Someone genuinely excited by the idea of owning the people operations foundation at a company where processes are still being built.
You’ll play a key role in supporting employee lifecycle operations, compliance, HR systems, and day‑to‑day people processes across a distributed global team. You’ll work closely with People, Finance, IT, and external partners to help ensure our operations remain accurate, compliant, and employee‑centered as we scale.
This is a hands‑on role with meaningful ownership and opportunities to improve systems, documentation, and workflows over time.
What you’ll do
Day‑to‑Day People Operations
- Be the first point of contact for employees on people queries — policies, tools, and day‑to‑day support — running the JIRA Service Desk as the primary intake channel.
- Run onboarding and offboarding end‑to‑end for every hire across all our locations, and
