The Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is an hybrid key position within the Spanish Novocure organization based in Madrid and working on the field. The position will be responsible for providing a variety of external customers with medical and scientific information on the appropriate utilization of specific NOVOCURE products and with more general information about disease state.
What You’ll Do
- Leading the Medical Communications assets management in support of marketed and pipeline indications in oncology (CNS and GI)
- Development, fact‑checking, quality assurance, and updates for Medical Affairs materials, such as congress materials, Slide Libraries, and other resources as required
- Supports the management and development of other materials, including websites, slide decks, trainings, and disease backgrounders, as requested
- Assists with the identification,



sourcing, evaluating and hiring of vendors as required by departmental project needs. Participates in vendor pitch presentations as appropriate
- Support the management of vendor relationships for own projects and contributes to strong internal team communication regarding status
- Establishes project timelines and ensures timelines are communicated and met
- Maintains records of source publications and fact‑checking reference documents for all materials developed or revised
- Supports medical accuracy review and fact‑checking for Promotional Review Committee process as requested. Participates in PRC meetings as required
- Assists in developing and executing a congress plan for medical presence at key oncology meetings
- Contributes to other competitive intelligence efforts for approved indications and the pipeline
- Assists in the development/implementation of appropriate policies, SOPs, bus
