Overview
Glovo is part of the Delivery Hero Group, a integral delivery platform operating in roughly 70 countries. The role is based in Spain and focuses on leading the employment‑law team and overseeing HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a specialised team of employment lawyers who are redefining Glovo’s operating model in Spain.
- Impact business operations and product through effective and innovative legal advice.
- Manage and coordinate litigation, investigations, and disputes, working with external counsel when required.
- Anticipate risks and recommend solutions to senior management, including Public Affairs and settlement strategies.
- Oversee strategic engagement with Works Councils and Unions to foster constructive social dialogue.
- Build strong relationships with executive and functional heads at Glovo while reporting to the parent entity.

Qualifications
- Spanish qualified employment lawyer with strong litigation experience and at least 10 years post‑qualification experience.




- Ideal background includes experience at a reputable law firm and advising technology companies.
- Proven leadership of high‑performing teams and ability to build credibility and mutual respect.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish; ability to explain complex legal concepts to non‑lawyers.
- Hands‑on approach with a pragmatic, impact‑focused mindset that balances legal risk with business opportunity.
