A Snapshot of Your Day: Join our dynamic team at Siemens Energy as a key player in the Onshore Field Service Tooling organization for Europe and Africa. You will report directly to the Head of Onshore Field Service Tooling Coordinator, where you will perform maintenance and functional checks on all tooling and equipment. Imagine identifying and resolving equipment issues while ensuring strict adherence to safety procedures in a clean and efficient workspace.
You will manage tool inventory and collaborate closely with procurement teams to maintain operational continuity, all while supporting our mission to deliver innovative energy solutions. You will work from one of our sites in Zaragoza.
How You’ll Make An Impact
You will perform maintenance, functional checks, and condition assessments on all tooling and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Identify and resolve equipment issues, initiating repair or replacement actions as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment within the Tool Center.
Manage tool inventory and calibration status, ensuring accurate tracking within the digital warehouse system.
Collaborate proactively with technical and field teams to understand their tooling needs and ensure timely availability of required equipment.
What You Bring
You are a strong team player with excellent leadership capabilities and communication skills.
You have 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Field Service or Workshops, along with logistics handling experience, preferably in temporary imports and exports.
You possess strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of turnkey project setups and various implementation concepts.
A technical or electrical education is an advantage, and a valid forklift license with hands‑on experience is a nice‑to‑have.
You are fluent in English, enabling effective communication across diverse teams.
