Senior Pricing Business Analyst - (Hybrid) We're seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Revenue Management team based in Barcelona, Spain.

Role's Key Responsibilities And Tasks

Conduct in‑depth analysis of new international markets to assess potential, competition, customer behavior, and profitability.

Develop detailed business cases and financial models for new market entries.

Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for international expansion initiatives, creating dashboards to measure success and identify improvement areas.

Coordinate with cross‑departmental teams (Product Development, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Business Intelligence, IT) to define and implement go‑to‑market strategies.

Utilize internal data and BI tools to generate business insights that translate into measurable improvements for the expansion program.

Collaborate with Data Science to implement analytical tools and methodologies specific to international market dynamics.

Contribute to cross‑departmental strategic initiatives related to general growth and localization.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics) and 3‑5 years of experience in a highly analytical role.

Strong analytical skills, fast learner, detailed‑oriented, focused on results and productivity.

Advanced SQL skills; experience dealing with large datasets and deriving relevant metrics and analyses.

Advanced Office skills, especially with Google tools (Sheets, Docs) for analytical tasks.

Knowledge of Google DataStudio or similar visualization tools is a plus.

Experience presenting, communicating, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.





Self‑starter and team player with a can‑do attitude and positive mindset.

Business proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with applied AI tools (e.g., Gemini or other AI‑powered assistants).

Experimentation mindset: curiosity and eagerness to explore, experiment, and integrate emerging AI solutions into workflows.

Ability to leverage AI tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
