Today, we have more than 1 300 collaborators throughout the world. To face our growth in Spain, we need more talents! We're looking for a talented Training Manager based in Barcelona.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training strategies, creating high-quality training materials, and supporting both field and HQ teams. You will ensure smooth execution of all training activities while enhancing team capabilities and strengthening our brand expertise across the country. Responsibilities

Adapt integral training materials to the local market with care and attention to detail

Deliver clear and engaging product trainings

Observe skincare practices in the field and support correct application

Provide guidance and coaching to the Beauty Advisors and sell-out teams





Stay in close contact with Beauty Advisors and Regional Managers

Follow up on field trainings to ensure a smooth and consistent experience

Conduct trainings at clients VIP across different regions in Spain Qualifications

University degree in Science (Farmacy or alternative)

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position

Experienced in the cosmetics or pharmacy sector, working with training programs and field teams

Strong knowledge of MS Office programs, especially Excel and managing basics on IA

Strong organization, planning and follow-up abilities, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Fluent in both Spain and English.
