About the role

Capgemini Invent is looking for a Transformation Governance and Value Realization Manager to join a strategic transformation programme focused on network and service operations.

The programme combines operating model transformation, process redesign, intelligent automation and the progressive implementation of AI-enabled agentic capabilities. This role will sit at the centre of the Transformation Office, connecting operational priorities, functional design, technology delivery and measurable value realization. The successful candidate will help manage a complex portfolio of transformation initiatives, challenge delivery constructively and turn operational and technical information into clear decisions and actions.

Key responsibilities Design and operate the transformation governance model, coordinating functional, operational, data and technology teams.

Establish and manage an integrated pipeline of AI, automation and transformation initiatives.

Capture, assess and prioritise demand based on value, urgency, feasibility, risk, data readiness and implementation capacity.

Prepare and coordinate decision-making forums, including the Automation Board, transformation committees and escalation mechanisms.

Maintain end-to-end traceability between business needs, use cases, initiatives, implementation decisions and measurable benefits.

Act as the functional AI Design Authority, ensuring consistency between the Target Operating Model, TO-BE processes, functional requirements and expected agent behaviours.

Define functional principles for human-in-the-loop controls, confidence thresholds, fallback, explainability, auditability and exception management.

Oversee the functional alignment of AI agent delivery, identifying material deviations, delivery risks and quality concerns.

Consolidate and prioritise risks and alerts,



distinguishing material issues from operational noise and supporting effective decision-making.

Define the value realization framework, including baselines, target outcomes, KPIs, benefit indicators and measurement methodologies.

Measure the presente impact of transformation initiatives against productivity, quality, SLA, efficiency and value targets.

Identify value gaps, root causes and corrective or acceleration actions.

Identify opportunities for innovation through AI, automation and the use of operational and network information.

Support the application of AI to service transition, knowledge transfer, shift handovers, daily service management, reporting and action tracking.

Key skills Strong experience in complex transformation governance, programme management or transformation PMO leadership.

Experience managing portfolios of digital, AI or automation initiatives.

Ability to translate operational needs into structured use cases, functional requirements and implementation priorities.

Experience defining value frameworks, operational baselines, KPIs and benefit realization models.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesise complex information.

Ability to challenge delivery teams constructively and manage senior-level risks and escalations.

Understanding of AI, intelligent automation, generative AI or agentic capabilities.

Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Ability to work across operations, engineering, data, technology and business teams.

Professional fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications University degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.

Approximately 6 to 10 years of experience in consulting, transformation, operations or technology.

Experience in telecommunications, network operations, managed services, service operations or mission-critical technology environments would be highly valued.

Experience with generative AI, AI agents, intelligent automation, process mining or digital product design would be an advantage
