This role requires a strong project management mindset, cross‑functional collaboration, and a proactive, solution‑driven approach to legal risk.
Coordinate and oversee external counsel globally, ensuring consistency, quality, and cost control.
Draft and review key legal documents (pleadings, claims, legal opinions, settlements).
Provide early‑stage dispute assessments, including breach analysis,



termination strategies, and recoverability.
Drive evidence collection and preservation in collaboration with internal teams (Finance, Operations, Commercial).
Act as a legal project manager, ensuring visibility, timelines, structured reporting, and end‑to‑end case management.
Qualified lawyer with at least 5+ years’ litigation experience (top‑tier law firm and/or in‑house).
Strong expertise in civil and commercial litigation.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
High visibility and ownership of strategic legal matters.
