WHO ARE WE?
Sateliot is a Barcelona-based startup in the New Space sector, becoming the first satellite telecommunications operator that will provide global and continuous connectivity to all the elements that will make up the massive Internet of Things (IoT) universe under the 5G protocol. In order to do so, Sateliot is launching a constellation of last generation nanosatellites, located at low altitude that act as mobile towers. Sateliot is the perfect complement for large telecommunications companies by providing them with the necessary infrastructure where terrestrial technologies do not arrive.
YOUR MISSION
Sateliot is seeking an experienced Principal Antenna Product Engineer to lead the end‑to‑end development of an advanced antenna array for space applications. The successful candidate will take full ownership of the product lifecycle—from concept definition through design, simulation, prototyping, fabrication, testing, qualification, and flight readiness. This role requires deep expertise in antenna engineering for the space environment, including materials selection,



lightweight and semi‑rigid structures, and deployable antenna systems. The adecuado candidate combines strong analytical rigor with first‑principles thinking, and a pragmatic, goal‑oriented approach focused on delivering flight‑ready hardware within program constraints. Antenna design must be carried out in tight coordination with mechanical and thermal constraints, ensuring structural integrity, thermal stability, and manufacturability from the earliest design phases. The candidate will work closely with a senior mechanical engineer to ensure seamless RF‑structural integration and optimized system performance.
