As a Principal Product Designer at Bitpanda, you’ll play a critical role in shaping our long‑term experience strategy, scaling design quality, and ensuring visual and interaction consistency across products. You’ll lead by example – raising the bar for design craft, defining our future experience principles and owning the evolution of our design system.
This is a high‑impact role that sits at the intersection of strategy, systems and craft. You’ll guide cross‑functional teams, influence decisions across product solutions and oversee the building blocks that power high‑quality, scalable and accessible user experiences. Raise UX and UI quality across platforms through standards, feedback, audits and design quality rituals.
Shape and evolve Bitpanda's Design System, including its strategy, contribution model, components, patterns and documentation.
Partner with Design, Product and Engineering to improve consistency, accessibility and implementation quality.
Mentor senior designers, provide structured feedback and raise the standard of design craft.




Define and track design quality metrics to demonstrate impact and inform decisions.
