SA Operations specializes in the recruitment of highly skilled professionals for offshore and onshore projects in the maritime, offshore, and energy industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the inquiry‑to‑order process and prepare high‑quality proposals until contract award.
- Identify new leads in collaboration with the Business Development Manager.
- Sort through potential business opportunities and present the most pertinent ones to the Go/No decision committee.
- Define the winning commercial strategy for each opportunity, including risk assessment.
- Coordinate multifunctional teams (Operations, Purchasing, Legal, Finance) to develop comprehensive commercial and technical proposals.
- Define the winning pricing strategy while maximizing project profitability.
- Present proposals to management and obtain approvals to release bids.




- Draft and negotiate commercial and technical terms until contract award.
- Ensure proposal deadlines are met and hand over to the execution team after contract signing.
- Integrate cost‑efficient solutions with the Head of Geophysics, Geotechnics, and Purchasing Manager.
- Incorporate lessons learned from previous executions.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and related business events.
- Continuously improve cost estimates and risk assessment tools.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Candidate Profile
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or engineering.
- 5‑year track record managing project proposals or leading business development, preferably within the Marine Survey industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent English (required); Spanish desired; French a plus.
- Thorough understanding of Marine Survey operations (equipment, vessel, offshore personnel, data processing, and report
