the Concierge Trainee supports the Concierge and Guest Services team while developing a comprehensive understanding of the departments daily operations, procedures, and service standards. The Concierge Trainee reports to the Head Concierge / Guest Services Manager . As Concierge Trainee, you will be responsible for the following duties: 1.Welcome the clients of various sectors according to established procedure. 2. Be familiarized with the entire Hotel product and services that are offered including IT&T; equipment. 3. Management of different guests requests (restaurant reservations, flight bookings, lost luggage, etc.) 4. Learn all the hotel and city information necessary in order to be able to answer guests questions. 5. Handle all kind of requests regarding restaurants, concerts, etc. 6. Understand the various reports needed on a daily basis (Alice Emergency report, arrival list, departure list, cancellations, Traces etc.) 7. Communicate with oth
