About The Job
The Product Owner will play a key role within the Digital Growth Hub & Commercial team, driving the strategy, development and performance of Opella’s eB2B commerce platforms and Learning Management System. This role ensures seamless digital experiences for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), customers and internal teams, enabling effective customer engagement, education and self-service ordering across integral markets.

Main Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for eB2B commerce portals and LMS, ensuring they meet the needs of HCPs, customers and commercial teams.
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories and priorities in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Medical and Digital teams.
- Ensure seamless integration between commerce, learning, CRM and backend systems to deliver accurate, consistent and efficient user experiences.
- Monitor product performance and user adoption, using data and feedback to continuously improve features and prioritize development.
