The Opportunity
Are you ready to pioneer the sourcing strategies that deliver critical, near-patient diagnostic technologies to the world? As our Sourcing Lead in Sant Cugat, Spain, you will drive operations for our Active Diagnostic Ingredients (ADI), Reagents, and Instruments portfolios. Balancing strategic alignment with tactical excellence, you will lead a highly capable team, drive digital procurement transformation, and collaborate directly with executive leadership to shape the future of our supply network.
- Reporting Line: The position directly reports to the Head of Procurement Center of Excellence (CoE).
- Wider team and stakeholders: You are accountable for leading, coaching, and developing a local team of up to 16 Sourcing Managers and one Business Capability Lead. In addition, you will be part of the CoE Lead
