Mission
Project Engineering Manager to lead and oversee the engineering and project management aspects of an underground mining and processing plant expansion. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in complex mining projects, particularly in iron ore processing and will possess strong leadership, communication and technical expertise in project management.
Accountabilities
- Define project scope, objectives and deliverables to align with organizational strategy and technical feasibility.
- Lead the development of detailed project designs and specifications in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including schedules,



resource allocation and budget estimates.
- Lead or participate in due diligence assessments and feasibility studies for new projects or acquisitions.
- Proactively seek opportunities for continuous improvement in project methodologies and technologies.
- Drive process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Lead the application of standardized frameworks for consistent engineering practices across capital projects.
- Develop and maintain a Project Engineering Management framework to ensure world‑class project delivery.

Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Mining Engineering or a related field
- Expertise in process optimization, capacity upgrades and de‑bottlenecking (heap leach experience is highly advantageous).
- Proven experience managing large‑scale, complex projects with budgets exceeding $250 million from PFS to completion.
