Based in our Barcelona hub, you will be a key player within our distributed HR team, driving recruitment activities across our international markets.
Acting as a true business partner, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for a variety of scopes : Tech, Support functions, and Sales roles.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will partner closely with general hiring managers and HRBPs. Your mission is to build high-impact sourcing strategies, uphold top quality standards, and deliver a seamless candidate experience within our fast-paced, matrix environment. TASKS
- End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Drive the full recruitment lifecycle—from initial outreach to successful closing—for Tech, Support, and Sales profiles across our international markets.
- Strategic Business Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to global hiring managers, transforming their complex business needs into highly effective, targeted recruitment strategies.
