ML Realty Partners (MLRP) is a long-term industrial real estate investor in the Central United States. We are actively seeking a full-time Financial Analyst to provide analytical support to the Valuation Team, which oversees our current investment platform focused on the acquisition, development, and ongoing portfolio management of industrial real estate. The candidate should be detail-oriented, passionate about real estate and numbers, and report to the Senior Director.
Primary Duties
- Manage and maintain portfolio ARGUS Enterprise runs for quarterly reporting, integrating market rent assumptions, leasing projections and operating budgets into cash flow projections. Prepare quarterly reports and analyze various scenarios.
- Assist in maintaining sale and lease comparable databases for quarterly reports and internal use.
- Assist with the preparation of investment summaries, financial models and underwriting for potential investments and developments.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as needed.

Skills & Qualifications




- Minimum 1–3 years of commercial real estate financial modeling experience.
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, preferably in Real Estate.
- ARGUS Enterprise proficiency.
- Experience in real estate analytics, underwriting and/or valuations.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx preferred.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to excel in a team environment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, and prioritization.
