About the Role
In this role, you’ll collaborate daily with our product team to design, architect, and build Perk—a next-generation platform reimagining the business travel experience.
Responsibilities

Develop our travel-focused web product using Python/Django and/or React.
Build and maintain robust integrations with various third-party APIs.
Lead system architecture design, implementation, and rigorous testing.
Thrive in an Agile environment with a focus on clean, documented code and CI/CD.
Act as a technical mentor and domain expert to help elevate your peers.
Qualifications

A true "Product Engineering" mindset.
A pragmatic approach with a focus on simplicity, performance, and efficiency.
Proven experience building technically sophisticated web products (any language).
High proficiency in frontend, backend,



or full-stack development (we offer internal training to help you specialize further).
A passion for high-quality code and comprehensive testing.
A desire to master new frameworks and technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Required Skills

Background in the travel or tourism industry.
DevOps familiarity, specifically with AWS.
History of working within high-velocity, Agile teams.
A passion for building (Open Source contributors are highly encouraged).
Proficiency with AI coding assistants (Copilot, Cline, etc.).
Experience implementing AI-backed features via OpenAI, GCP, or AWS.
Preferred Skills
