Benefits
- Salary: 1.541,74 € – 1.878,99 € gross per month (depending on chosen weekly hours)
- Working hours: 32, 34, 36 or 39 hours per week (full‑time)
- Contract: permanent with 2‑month probation
- Working days: Monday to Sunday 07:00 – 23:00
- Training: two weeks full‑day on‑site, followed by two weeks on‑the‑job training (09:00 – 18:00, Monday‑Friday)
- Initial local work for three months; thereafter possible hybrid model based on performance and manager approval

Responsibilities




Provide telephone support to customers regarding their online banking inquiries. Conduct conversations using interpersonal skills without a script and provide accurate information. Work with a versátil schedule covering weekends and evenings as required.
Requirements
- German language C2 level, English B2 level
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Availability at least 5 days per week, including 2 evenings per week until 23:00 and 2 weekends per month (Saturday & Sunday)
- Full availability during 4‑week training period
- Service orientation, communication ability, affinity for administrative tasks; basic computer skills required
- Valid European passport (personal ID not sufficient even if previously working in Spain)
