Risk Control Incident Investigation /strong /pulliMonitor and supervise safety measures on-site for critical works and high-risk activities, such as blade repairs, gearbox changes, or substation shutdowns. /liliParticipate in or lead the investigation of incidents and high-potential "near misses," conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and ensuring the implementation of corrective actions. /liliImplement and audit Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) and electrical safety frameworks on-site to eliminate operational risks. /li /ulpstrong4. Contractor Oversight ESG Reporting /strong /pulliSupervise and coordinate with service providers regarding Regulatory Inspections and OCA certifications, ensuring timely completion and compliance. /liliCollect, verify, and report QHSE/ESG metrics. /liliMonitor site operations to ensure strict compliance with Environmental Impact Assessments (DIAs), specifically tracking biodiversity and sustainability programs. /liliProvide technical support and represent the department in meetings. /li /ulpbr/pp stronguRequirements: /u /strong /pullistrong3 years of experience in the Renewable Energy sector /strong, with a proven track record in on-site safety management for strongWind and Solar PV assets /strong, (Wind farm preferred) /liliBachelor's/Master's degree in strongIndustrial, Electrical,
