Qualifications:

- SHIPBOARD Employment type
- Ability to speak English clearly, distinctly and cordially with guests.
- 5-10 yrs background experience as Hotel Director/Rooms Division Director/Revenue Management Director/Hotel Operations Director in 5 * Luxury and/or Ultra Luxury Hotel.
- Hotel Director shipboard experience is REQUIRED.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Effectively manages overall ship operations and guest experience.
- Achieves the highest levels of guest satisfaction under all circumstances, through effective responsiveness, follow through and the team’s ability to resolve issues.
- Ensures all inventory levels are appropriate per targets and operational requirements.
- Responsible for overall hotel department financial performance (expenses/revenue). ·
- Actively displays a business ownership mentality when developing tactical plans to achieve financial targets. ·
- Works from an entrepreneurial perspective to develop and implement new ideas for revenue and to improve operational efficiencies.
