Role Purpose
As GCS RIS Implementation Manager you are accountable for the successful implementation of Roche’s digital products at the customer. In early product life cycle phases you will be responsible for implementing select RIS products in the ‘Nail-It’ phase of the product lifecycle, and will then be accountable for the successful onboarding and success of the affiliate implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer project expertise to the GCS Technical Product manager.
- Support the product life cycle by improving product serviceability and implementability while considering the broader solution.
- Develop project documentation in accordance with the scope and deliverables, following best practices.
- Escalate issues: report unresolved problems to the established escalation person(s); raise major risks to the manager and functional heads.
- Develop, test, and verify testing scenarios for new or modified implementations of navify product(s), ensuring customer acceptance.
- Stay informed of roadmap changes, features, and known features within scope.
- Share knowledge and suggest new technologies that improve productivity and efficacy.
- Maintain training compliance and adhere to Roche’s Code of Business Conduct.
- Ensure compliance with Roche’s T&E; guidelines, including cost guidelines, reporting timeliness, and correct usage of travel tools.
- Build or shape tools to increase team productivity, securing management buy‑in.
- Generate solutions to complex issues independently and incorporate them into standard processes.
- Mentor and onboard new team members.
- Develop templates for new documentation or improve existing templates (Meeting Minutes, Project Schedule, Runbook, etc.).
Qualifications
- Good communication skills and proficiency in English, Spanish, and French.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (IT, lab technology, etc.) or equivalent mix of education and work experience.
