Join us on our journey. We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Manager – Offtake Origination based in Madrid, Spain. If you take initiative, adapt quickly, and own outcomes, we’d love to hear from you. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for leads, prospects, and customers in Iberia, guiding them through the full commercial journey from initial discussions to deal signing and go‑live, working closely with both our local Commercial team and general Offtake team to build strong, long‑term relationships.

- Salary: 60‑75k Euro, depending on experience and qualifications + 20‑30% variable bonus
- Working Mode: Office work setup with expectations to travel (stakeholder meetings in Europe and strategic alignments with our headquarters in Munich)
- Language Requirement: Fluent Spanish and English proficiency (C1 level both)

Responsibilities

- Manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting and first contact through negotiation and contract signing – translating customer needs into clear proposals in collaboration with Product and Technical teams.
- Ensure a smooth handover to the Operations team and a successful go‑live for every customer.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through the fast‑evolving storage market while ensuring strong engagement and satisfaction levels.
- Build and manage a pipeline of commercial partners – IPPs, utilities and offtakers – that can provide compelling revenue structures to Entrix’s customers, improving bankability prospects.
- Manage the local relationship with commercial partners in close collaboration with the central function – serve as the go‑to point of contact between the local team and the global offtake and partnerships team.
- Source, develop and support the closing of offtake contracts between BESS owners and counterparties.
