About the role:

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to support and optimize our marketing technology stack, campaign tracking, and data-driven decision-making.



This role will be instrumental in managing HubSpot, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and other reporting tools, ensuring seamless marketing automation, accurate performance measurement, and data integrity.

Your mission:
- Manage & optimize HubSpot for automation, segmentation, lead nurturing, and reporting.
- Own marketing analytics, leveraging GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and data dashboards to track performance.
- Ensure data integrity across HubSpot, Looker, and other platforms while improving lead handoff with Sales Ops.
- Support campaign optimization through A/B testing, attribution modeling, and performance tracking.
- Enhance tracking & reporting, integrating social media channels and maintaining marketing dashboards.
