Prime Invest is a leading real estate consultancy on the Costa del Sol, specialising in the sales and management of new-build residential developments. With 50+ professionals and over 30 active projects, we are continuing to grow.
We are looking for an experienced Sales Agent to join our team and drive sales across our portfolio of premium developments.
The Role
As a Sales Agent, you'll guide buyers through the purchase of premium homes on the Costa del Sol, from first viewing to completion. You'll represent Prime Invest, build client trust, and close high-value deals across Málaga province.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full sales process from enquiry to closing and paperwork.
- Build relationships with buyers in the second-home market.
- Advise clients on properties, pricing, and the buying process.
- Represent Prime Invest at viewings and client meetings.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.

What We're Looking For
Must-haves
- 5+ years' experience in real estate sales on the Costa del Sol.
- Strong knowledge of the second-home market.




- Proven ability to manage clients from enquiry to completion.
- Immediate availability and willingness to travel across Málaga.
- Driving licence and own vehicle.

Languages
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).

Nice-to-haves
- A proven sales track record and a real drive to hit targets.
- Basic grasp of property law and financing to advise clients with confidence.
- Comfortable with CRM software, MS Office and standard office tools.
