Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is a fluent German speaker with 5+ years of outbound sales experience. This is a high-impact remote SDR role focused on prospecting, qualifying leads, and generating new business opportunities within the German-speaking market. You will engage with key decision-makers, build strong pipelines, and play a critical role in driving revenue growth across the DACH region.
Responsibilities




- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) in German and English
- Identify and qualify potential clients within the DACH region
- Book qualified meetings and product demos for Account Executives
- Develop tailored outreach strategies aligned with regional market nuances
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities
- Accurately track activities and manage leads using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and targeting
- Consistently exceed KPIs (meetings booked, pipeline generated, conversion rates)

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Outbound Sales
- Fluency in German (C1/C2 level) and strong English communication skills
- Proven experience targeting or selling into DACH markets
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding outbound
