Role Overview
Our client is a general technology and digital transformation consultancy delivering enterprise IT operations and cloud management solutions for large international organizations. Their teams help modernize IT infrastructure through automation, observability, and Service Management platforms.
We are looking for a ServiceNow Tech Lead with deep expertise in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), and Security Operations (SecOps). In this role, you will lead the technical design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise ServiceNow solutions, ensuring successful delivery of risk, compliance, and security capabilities while guiding development teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and architecture of enterprise ServiceNow GRC solutions
- Define and oversee Entity Mapping and data model design to support successful IRM implementations
- Configure and implement GRC, IRM, SecOps, Business Continuity Management (BCM), and Third‑Party Risk Management modules
- Provide technical leadership to development teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate governance and compliance requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions
- Ensure solution quality, performance, and alignment with ServiceNow best practices
- Support integrations with enterprise security and IT systems
- Drive technical governance, code quality, and solution documen
